Barbed rope is to use iron wire, through winding machine, through a variety of weaving technology, wound in the main line (stranded) made of isolation protection net. There are three ways to twist the barbed rope, as detailed below.

Heavy hexagonal net, also known as large size hexagonal net, or gabion mesh, made of steel wire by twisting mesh machine. This product is very versatile. Can be used for slope support, foundation pit support, mountain rock surface hanging net shotcrete, slope planting (greening), railway highway isolation barrier, it can also be made of stone cage, stone pad, for rivers, DAMS and seawall anti-erosion protection and reservoirs, river interception with stone cage.

On the contrary, the denser the ion deposition, the better the quality of zinc layer. Under the condition that the surface zinc layer is dense and bright, the quality of zinc layer per unit area should reach 80g/m2, and the process parameters should be optimized as follows: current density is 16-20A /dm2, mass concentration of zinc sulfate solution is 500g/L, and pH value is 2.5-3.0.

In general, the cost of hot dipping zinc is lower than that of other maintenance coatings. The reason is very simple. Other maintenance coatings, such as sand painting, are labor-intensive processes, whereas hot dipping zinc processes are highly mechanized and tightly controlled in-plant construction. Hot dip zinc coating can be visually and briefly tested for non-destructive coating thickness.
